Rich Lerner

Rich has been a licensed real estate agent for 7 years and has an extensive background in sales. He is a certified English teacher and also has degrees in communications and journalism. His broad skillset allows him to contribute to ABODE Real Estate in a variety of ways.

Outside of the office, Rich adheres to ABODE’s “above and beyond” philosophy by assisting clients in preparing for their home sale in numerous ways. Services he provides at minimal or no extra cost to ABODE clients include: helping to clean out homes of unwanted items and donations, taking down and disposing of old sheds, swing sets, and other exterior structures, painting and minor repairs, landscaping, and more. Behind the scenes, Rich handles much of the marketing for our listed homes and contributes to the preparation for Open Houses. He also installs all ABODE’s “For Sale” signs and makes sure they are optimally placed for maximum exposure.

Rich has lived in Auburn for 8 years and is proud to be involved in a great family business in town. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, teaching, coaching, and is an avid sports fan.
